Travel preparation
Travel Documents
It is each passenger's responsibility to carry valid travel documents that comply with the airline and FanFly Travel GmbH regulations, as well as the entry requirements of the destination country. Any fines, penalties, or other costs incurred due to non-compliance with these regulations are the passenger's responsibility. FanFly Travel recommends carrying a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa on all flights.
Check-In
Passengers are advised to arrive at the check-in desk at least two hours before the scheduled departure of FanFly Travel GmbH flights, as the check-in desks close 40 minutes before departure.
Unaccompanied Minors
International regulations for "unaccompanied minors (UM)" apply to ensure the safety of children traveling alone. Please carefully prepare for this special journey with your child. Note: Online booking for unaccompanied children is not possible.
Unaccompanied minors are defined as follows:
- Children aged 5 to 11 years without the accompaniment of a person aged 15 years or older
- Children aged 3 to 5 years with the accompaniment of a person aged 12 to 15 years
At the parents' request, children aged 12 to 18 years can also travel with supervision. Flight reservations can only be made by the parents or the person picking up the child. Please prepare all necessary travel documents.
Passengers with Disabilities
The airline provides numerous assistance and services for passengers with disabilities at the airport and on board. Specially trained staff assist these passengers at both the departure and arrival locations. Free wheelchairs and transport vehicles with accompanying personnel are available at most airports. The armrests are removable in our aircraft. Passengers with wheelchairs are advised to arrive at the check-in desk 120 minutes before departure.
